After release of Stock Indicators v3, upgrade demo chart to streaming application using SignalR.

Key aspects:

core WebSocket implementation
settings toggle on/off (default: off)
auto-restore for fail-safety

References:

SignalR Hub server
SignalR Javascript client
push to chart:data push/pop with chart.update(), possibly animation turned on

chartjs-plugin-streaming exists, but currently hasn't been updated for Chart.js v4
