Audiocraft is outdated and doesnt work with python 3.11+

After scratching my head as to whether I was doing something wrong, when trying to use this library (Ergo, I got error messages each time I used pip install audiocraft). I saw that others had to use python 3.9 in order to use audiocraft, so I tried out the same solution, didn't get any install errors when using python 3.9.

So henceforth, until audiocraft is up to speed with python 3.9+, I will keep this issue open.

See this as my passive aggressive protest until this is resolved.
