Should the < and > characters be escaped in pattern of JSON model generators?

It's escaped in some file:

mariana-trench/configuration/model-generators/sinks/CodeExecutionSinkGenerator.json

Line 51 in c82bb62

"pattern": "\\<init\\>"

while others are not:

mariana-trench/configuration/model-generators/propagations/CastUriFeatureGenerator.json

Line 48 in c82bb62

"pattern": "Ljava/net/URI;\\.<init>:\\(Ljava/lang/String;\\)V"
