Describe the bug
From register.it, you can register without typing the domain name and only have TLD itself, making TLDs available to claim. However, you cannot directly visit the website either.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'buss://register.it'
  2. Do not enter the domain name, just enter the TLD(if any remain unregistered)
  3. Enter IP or link & Click 'Done'

Expected behavior
It will probably reject claiming TLD itself.

Actual outcome
A domain key was successfully given to TLD itself.

Screenshots
I only have screenshots that I cannot enter TLD website itself.

The empty name might be an oversight so the browser isn't made to support empty name domains
but interesting fact, country tlds can have their own domain without a name, try np/ (might not work in all browsers or devices)
