BUG: napture v1.3.0 cant display any webx site #191

On a fresh install of napture v1.3.0 on windows 10, every webx url (that i know of) will display as "the website was not found".

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

install the latest version of napture v1.3.0 using the windows installer
launch napture and attempt to visit a webx site

Expected behavior:
The site displays its content.

Desktop:

OS: Windows 10 Pro
Version: 10.0.19045 build 19045

When using 1.3.0 and going to a site can you press ctrl + shift + p and post here what it shows
