I like to take some time to brainstorm 🌪 and plan 📏 🧮 the process. However, I also like to experiment during the process, try different ideas and see which one gives the best outcome.
I believe that prototyping is very important part of project planning.
I strongly believe that project teams have to clearly define vision of their project.
I don`t like to leave something until the last moment and rush the process at the end to meet deadline.
I cannot stop until the work is completed.
Work after 6pm is very important to me because this is the time when I learn the most. (I am trying hard to change it)
The role I usually take in a team:
Since childhood I always like to be a leader within any group.
Nevertheless, I often step back if I see that someone else would like to take the role. I believe that productive work relationships are more important than competition for a certain role within a team.
So far in FAC:
In my second week I was Project(Scrum) Facilitator. It was great experience and would like to take the role again!
Fourth week was the most successful so far. I was responsible for DESIGN and User XP. I learned a lot from the role. The biggest discovery was that design starts with crazy 8s and finishes when the rest of things in the project have been done.
My communication style:
I can be shy and sometimes I need a time to open up for people.
I like to discuss the work while I am doing it with other teammates but there are moments when I fully immerse into work and my mouth just shuts down and I cannot say a word.
I just need to be reminded to come back to the real world from time to time 😉 .
What I value:
-Bad code instead of No code.
Moments when promises are replaced with responsible actions. 🤗
Flexibility
What people misunderstand about me:
I often keep emotions inside me in-front of a new person. People find difficult to approach me for that reason. Once I know the person I open up. Nothing personal it's just my personality 😊
I am not trying to break rules I like to experiment.
How I like to get my feedback:
Sharp and straight forward. I prefer to hear the truth if I have made a mistake.
Technical strengths & weaknesses:
I am still learning basics. I will tell you more in few weeks! 😉
I find TDD difficult to implement. Please help me with that!
I am not perfect but I easily write, read and understand DOM related js code.
I like to read about history and development of tech industry.
It is interesting to read stories about personalities who have pushed the industry forward.
I like to watch and play basketball with friends if I have a free time.

Rihards's enthusiasm and positive attitude are second to none. He always tries to build confidence in the people around him and likes to bring a smile to your face. He's a consistent and very hard worker, but should sleep more to make sure that his brain can consolidate all the knowledge he's cramming in. 😝
Rihards is exactly what you want in a project: competence and kindness, optimism and energy. He's a consistent and dedicated problem solver, unflinchingly enthusiastic, a team cheerleader, and a really bloody good programmer. He's great to work with. Work with Rihards!
It's always a pleasure to work with Rihards! He is very inspiring, enthusiastic and brings good spirits to the team. His problem-solving and debugging skills are exceptional. He is a very smart and determined person and can easily find more than one creative solution to difficult problems while taking his pair though what he is doing at all times.
