Rails Version:

Assess the benefits and cost of upgrading to Rails 7. Upgrade al least to a higher version of Rails 6 (Rails 6.1 is currently the one providing Security updates as per this link). Currently we are on Rails 6.0.3.3`

Other gems:
Review if there are other gems that need to be upgraded and they are worth doing so.
