[v3] Add prerequisites 6/6 #987
Comments
Hi, I have never made any contributions before as I had no idea how to do one. I did not know anything about this at all. I have been learning how to make contributions to open source projects lately and now I am going to contribute to Exercism. The question is if I want to create one PR per exercise then does that mean I can just fork this repo, make changes to one exercise, add those changes, commit, push and make a PR? Guys, please give me some guidance on this as I am so excited to make my first contribution. |
Hi @AfzalMamayusupov, good to hear that you want to contribute to exercism ! And yes you got it right :
You should be able to see the changes you made on the PR. You can also leave comments on the PR if you feel this can help the reviewers You should definitely start with just one exercise 👍 |
Hi @SleeplessByte, I am intrested in open source contribution. May I take this if this is not solved yet ? |
Sure. Take a look at the previous issues in this series and how they were solved. It usually involves checking common solutions and then determining which requirements they have based on that. |
yeah sure, let me take my small time 🙃 |
Hey @SleeplessByte, |
Hey Guys, I just raised a PR#2395. But it seems this is needed to be discussed in exercism forum before raising a PR. I am not aware of this. So let me know how can I proceed further on this ... |
The idea is to split #960 into smaller chunks.
Here is the list of practices exercises to deal with for this part :
