point cloudfront directly to EC2 #43

No need to have a S3 as a cloudfront origin. We can point to the EC2 elastic IP or domain.

Next actions:

  • Discuss with @boennemann what the ideal website build process would currently be after the experience we gained with this process (ngx_pagespeed can do most of the work on the server-side)
  • When the setup is done, point cloudfront to EC2 directly, so it uses the pagespeed optimized resources out of the box
