ripienaar/concat dependency snuck into the released version

On the Forge, 2.0.14 pulls in ripienaar/concat, which will overwrite puppetlabs/concat, which messes up all kinds of modules like puppetlabs/apache.

Could you please release an updated version without that dependency?

But it seems to just be a packaging mistake - the Modulefile only points to puppetlabs-concat: https://github.com/example42/puppet-sudo/blob/master/Modulefile#L12. I'm not sure what I'd put into the PR.
