Interpolate offline
- Use scipy + Python to interpolate from full field files
- Use fluidfft to compute spectra
If this is not good enough, get online interpolations by using the history points subroutine
(Warning: hard, little documentation) If this is too slow, implement a subroutine to interpolate https://github.com/Nek5000/NekExamples/search?q=Interp
