i have a fasta sequence of a protein, how can i input the sequence into esm3 and get the embedding and pdb file, is there any example code of that. so thanks for you.

You might want to look at forward_and_sample with the return_per_residue_embedding flag.

return_per_residue_embeddings: bool = False
