Error running every-cli #14

Every cli gives error:

Error: EACCES: permission denied, mkdir '/usr/local/lib/node_modules/@everywhere-computer/every-cli/config'
    at async mkdir (node:internal/fs/promises:855:10)
    at async file:///usr/local/lib/node_modules/@everywhere-computer/every-cli/cli.js:47:7 {

  code: 'EACCES',
  syscall: 'mkdir',
  path: '/usr/local/lib/node_modules/@everywhere-computer/every-cli/config'
}

It will be good if cli is build as rust package rather than node.
