New Method for Barcode Scanner to Scan any a ticket for any Event and Datetime

Add a new method to Barcode scanning add-on to scan tickets for any ticket, datetime and event. This would create a new tab and limited UI to allow event organizers (in the admin) to scan any ticket for any event, datetime and ticket simultaneously. This would override the need to select the event and datetime in advance.

This can be helpful in the case that scanning and check-in is happening for multiple events/datetimes simultaneously.

Warning: IF (only if) you have an event set up where one ticket has access to multiple datetimes, then you'd want to use the current scanning method where you first select the datetime to scan so that you don't scan the barcode into the wrong scanner.
