User Story: As Mental-Health-Finder user, I would like to be able to save my search results for further reference.

Description: The intent of this story is to develop a feature that allows the user to save their search findings in order to make an informed decision.

Acceptance Criteria: GIVEN I search for mental health facilities in Calfornia, WHEN I find results that are interesting, I would like to be able to save the results for further use.
