Preparing to submit

Before submitting your first forecast, please get in touch by opening a new Issue. Let us know:

• Your team name (please include this in the title of the Issue)
• Your institution or affiliation, if any, and @ tag anyone else working on your forecasts
• The type of model you are planning to use
• Which targets and countries you are planning to forecast

We rely on Github to store and interact with forecasts. To submit a forecast, you will need a free Github account, and to be able to:

• Fork a repository and, in case you want to keep your fork synchronized with the main repository, configure a remote and sync your fork
• Create a pull request

The next step is to fork this repository and create a new sub-directory for your team.
