The Dashboard shows an overview of the 411 instance.
- Active Alerts broken down by priority.
- A count of stale Alerts (Alerts which haven't been touched in a week).
- Changes to Alerts in the last 20 days.
The Alerts Feed page displays a live feed of Alerts. You can enable desktop notifications for whenever new Alerts come in.
The Health page displays information on the health of 411.
- The availability of Search type.
- Jobs broken down by status.
The Admin page allows you to configure various global settings.
- Enable/Disable the 411 Scheduler.
- Enable/Disable the 411 Worker.
- Enable/Disable Weekly summary emails.
- Enable/Disable error emails.
- Specify a throttle for error emails.
- Specify a default email for Alerts with no Assignee.
- Specify the "From" email for notifications.
The message history panel shows a log of messages that 411 has displayed. The panel is accessible via the Settings menu in the top right.
411 comes with a few keyboard shortcuts. To see a list of them, enter ? or select Keyboard Shortcuts
