Review landing page

Our current landing page is quite outdated, to the extent that someone might think that the project is discontinued. Additionally the project's focus has changed over time (e.g. less of "human-readability") and the messaging should change

Here I'll list the improvements to be made:

• Update the blog post and resources
• Include Verifier Alliance
• Make open and downloadable contract repository prominent
• Update tooling and integrations
  • Highlight the prominent ones like Remix, Foundry, and Hardhat
• Update example contracts
• Update supported chains
