We should modify the verification plugin to use the newly released Etherscan API v2: https://docs.etherscan.io/etherscan-v2/api-endpoints/contracts

As other verifiers do not support Etherscan-style v2 API yet, we should implement this in a separate class EtherscanV2Verifier.
