Embark hasn't had any activity for more than two years.
Someone asked about the state of the project more than a year ago, without any response yet.
I suppose you want to be neutral here (hence the randomization of the order in which the tools are shown), and I don't have anything against Embark itself, but in this particular case I think that listing it next to well-maintained projects is a diservice to new users.
