Its difficult to tell which chains are passed and failed after the golang-validate-all ci job completes. We should modify that job to provide a summary list of all failing chains (and optionally which tests they failed) so we don't have to parse the entire circle ci job output to determine what failed. Ideally this summary should be given in a format that can be consumed by an OP-beat site which shows the status of all chains in the superchain
