I cannot bring up the Lock Manager screen up from my phone (Android) from Automation/Smartapps screen. I have 2 locks under Things which I can see and make changes there. I can't delete the app to reinstall because I can't bring up the screen, LOL! I tried Force Reconfiguration no luck. I've been using Lock Manager for months and I don't even make changes in Lock Manager to test or to try to break it because it has been so stable. Any help is appreciated.

Same issue, any help is appreciated. I was using this app to manage codes on an airbnb in a different city, so now I may have to drive there to do it manually because I can't get the app to load. Every time I try to fix it, it just adds a new iteration of the app that can't be opened or removed, so now I have like 10 lock managers filling up the screen.

See post #938 by hawtboi1 https://community.smartthings.com/t/release-lock-manager/63022/957
"But basically here's how to delete those iterations. To delete it you have to log in to your ST account on the ST web site, click My Locations, click smartapps, click Edit, click Uninstall next to Lock Manager and then click Done. After that, you can delete it from My SmartApps. At least that works."

I went one step further and I deleted Lock Manager entirely from ST and reinstalled everything from scratch and everything is working now!

Tried that, all went well until I went to get the new copy from the repo, now I just get error messages

Update: Tried installing via code as opposed to repository, same issue. Still get the exclamation point with "Something's wrong. We can't load your screen right now"

Did you delete and remove entirely first? I got rid of everything. Then readded by code. I'm using the Universal Zigbee dth

Hmmm. I'm not technical enough to help you out. I'm using the Zigbee dth cuz I have the Yale yrd210 zigbee version. Maybe ethayer could assist when ge reads your post. Sorry I couldn't help. At least you're able to remove it

Apparently 3rd times a charm. Had to delete and toggle the device type back and forth.

I didn't have to toggle back/forth on the device type, it was defaulted in for (1) lock and the other Yale lock failed to work ( did not respond to button presses to open/close) so I had to remove , reset and readd this lock manually and rejoin the back into ST network. But like you I didn't know how to remove the appp until someone responded to my post about my problem. I didn't know about going to the Hub location in the IDE to force remove an app, that was a great tip by user hawtboi1
