Publish self-built APK as Github release

Hey there!

A lot of people like to get APKs directly from the developers, signed with their own keys and built on their own build systems.

I assume you upload your APK file to Google Play, it would be great if you could upload it here too as a Github release.

Obtainium is entirely built for this purpose. After the first install, the Android signature check makes sure that the updates are correct.

F-Droid signs all apps with their own key, and their build system was outdated at least once, causing issues with apps.
