No event colors in Etar

I use Etesync calendar with Etar. When I go into an event and tap the button to change event color, a popup opens with the loading animation, but that's it. I cannot change event color. I can't also add event color when adding a new event.
Or maybe this is an issue with Etar? Event colors worked in Etar when I used fruux + Davx5.

Pretty sure that's an issue with etar, not etesync. Maybe related to this Etar-Group/Etar-Calendar#1410.

You can actually try to change the color of a calendar in etar's settings, but there's a warning that it might not stick :D

EteSync probably does not provide colors to content://com.android.calendar/colors, so this is not an issue with Etar, see Etar-Group/Etar-Calendar#1351 (comment).

maybe an EteSync dev can chime in and shed some light.
