Some tutorial puzzles out of order or missing when the single state filter is on

Version 1.4.6, testing on iPhone. When the single state filter is off, all of the tutorials are displayed as expected. When the single state filter is on, some tutorials are missing or out of order - but only for some of the subsections. The "uncleared" filter seems to work as expected. This is the current order I see when just the single state filter is on:

Introduction to RNA: 3, 4, 1. (2 is missing)
Base Pair Champion: 5, 3, 2, 1. (4 is missing)
RNA Structure Builder: (all as expected)
Boost Master: (all as expected)
RNA Explorer: (all as expected)

I glanced at Introduction to RNA 2 (node 11098075 on Prod) and Base Pair Champion 4 (node 11098081 on Prod) to see if there was anything significantly different about the puzzles themselves compared to other puzzles, but I didn't notice anything notably different.
