When the app closes or pauses state It does not recognize the face. How to save it to the local Database if I can recognize registered user after closing the app.

Please re-initiate or activate Face Recognition via onResume() override function as per specified in Android Activity Life-cycle. It should works...
Post to this thread if any...

Exactly, I did the same and its working.
Actually when my app goes in background it stops call readyforNextImage
