Errors at different points while installing ESP-IDF tools using online installer

For it to finish installing normally

Actual behavior (suspected bug)

encountering this same error each time i try to install it
it happens in different points of installation but this is the first time I reach the installing point and still it also gave me the error while installing

(it was always happening in the downloading phase "the 1.98GB phase", but this time it happened in the destination phase)
