Hello @Saturna19-fr!
It seems your board cannot get in sync with esptool.
If it worked before you soldered everything, it is most probably a HW issue, but we can try to give it a shot and debug it:

  • Can you confirm you are using GPIO4 (on Wemos D1 mini, it is marked as D2)?
  • Can you check whether the solder joint is correct? E.g. if it does not short neighboring pins?
