Official ESP-AT host MCU parser library

Will there ever be an official C parser library for MCU host that enables a high level control interface for ESP-AT WNIC, just like LwESP(Tilen Majerle has done and is doing an amazing job, but one person is one person) but with every esp-at functionality (Wi-Fi, networking, Bluetooth, driver, file system, etc.).
What is the approach going to be at the release of esp32 p4 to add wireless connectivity?
