Install as root if you have root access and under ~.local/ if you dont have root access

Modify the install.sh script to check if the user has root access.
If not:
Tip: choose to install to /usr/local if you have root access on the machine and to ~/.local if you don't.

The option to zsh intall.sh need to be modified to 1 if the user has root access
