Facilitates the publication of news articles, with accompanying photos, to the web. Articles are categorized as Releases, Announcements or Union in the Media.

Standards

Article photos are resized automatically, according to the following chart.

Feature thumbnails must be cropped according to the following chart, before being uploaded to the CMS.

Maintenance

• At the start of each month:
  1. A new folder is created to store the articles and photos.
  2. The asset factories are updated to point to the new month folder.
  3. A link to the new month folder is added to the Archives page.
• At the start of each year
  1. 2-year old stories are archived to a new content type.
