Simplification for language within app

Is there any room to improve the simplification of the language within the Ergomixer? Right now it seems there's complex language that is going to be difficult for any non-tech related users to use the mixer. Without Wiki or explanation for how each menu selection is going to identify the purpose and value for using the ergomixer, it may have difficulty with initial usage. Is there anyway the community can help with the explanation or breaking down the usage of the Ergomixer?
