DeepSpeed - I fluffed up on Standalone Installs

Apologies, I fluffed on the ATSetup Standalone installation for Windows. It has been corrected and instructions to resolve are in the AllTalk Minor updates/bug fixes list. I somehow chopped off 1 digit from a line of code and, well, that meant it didnt update Pytorch correctly and well DeepSpeed went sideways with it.

All resolved now and tested. Im also working on a slightly updated start-up to help pinpoint issues with anything in future, a kind of "at a glance".

EDIT: Found my issue. I have no idea why but if I upload multiple files to Github in the browser, only the 1st file out of the files goes up and the rest either don't go or get a 0kb size. Something funky with my web browser I suspect.
