Libnotify dependency could be avoid

We can throw a notification through D-BUS. I found an example written in C https://github.com/nowrep/notify-desktop. All we need is a C compiler and the dbus library as dependencies which are basically installed everywhere. Although libnotify is used by many apps and desktop managers so it's ok to do so.
