tnpm run dev error => Fatal JavaScript invalid size error 169220804

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

npm install
cp .env.example .env
change url
npm run dev
error msg: Fatal JavaScript invalid size error 169220804

OS: macOS
Browser: chrome
node: 20.6.1
npm: 9.8.1
