The ability to revert a setting back to Windows default would be helpful. Currently, there is only a setting to revert the Local Security Policy. Reverting to Windows Server 2022 defaults for registry entries would be a way to return back to stock in case of an issue.

I've tried the implementation of LGPO, which is a Command-Line utility to manage the Local Group Policy. Using this tool it will be possible to revert most policies back to default by deleting the local database. It also makes it possible to implement the CIS User Configuration 19.1.3.1 till 19.7.47.2.1 machine-wide.

If you like, I can share this implementation to test it in your own environment.
