Overview
The Manage Workflows tool incorrectly displays the list of required actions for an existing workflow.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to "Create Workflow" tab in "Manage Buckets & Workflows" pop-up
2. Create a "Generation Task" workflow with "Require minimum 1 tag per post" selected
3. Click on 'Manage Workflows" tab and expand the workflow that was just created
4. See that "Required Actions" is displayed twice with erroneous information (e.g., 1 create_post per post, 1 tag per post, generate 4 post(s), Generate 1 posts(s))

Proposed tasks to fix

• Only 1 occurrence of "Required Actions" should be displayed
• "Generate [x] post(s)" should be displayed first, followed by "1 tag per post" (if this option was selected)
