Restaurant Application :Change response screen message when the app crashes

Describe the bug
When the application crashes at any point remove the un-necessary message being showing up below the Pull down to refresh button.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Restaurant Application'
2. For example at any point the system crashes at unexpectedly.
3. A screen will show up with the button named Pull down to refresh.
   4.Below that there is a message 'Response not successful' remove that message, as it is irrelevant to be shown to user
