This word should exist in all dictionaries.

It is part of the en_US and en_CA dictionaries, but missing from en_GB-large and en_AU-large.

The Google ngram viewer does show a difference between GB and US usage, but currently not sufficient to explain the discrepancy:

So yes, as far as I can tell, it should be added to en_GB and en_AU too.
