It is part of the en_US and en_CA dictionaries, but missing from en_GB-large and en_AU-large.
The Google ngram viewer does show a difference between GB and US usage, but currently not sufficient to explain the discrepancy: https://books.google.com/ngrams/graph?content=peddler%3Aeng_us_2019%2Cpeddler%3Aeng_gb_2019&corpus=en-2019
So yes, as far as I can tell, it should be added to en_GB and en_AU too.
