creating new doc revision

Hi @ghillairet,

I find this adapter really interesting as I can have a version control revision of my models with something as simple as couchdb. I'm just creating resources as couchdb docs, but cannot update these as new revision when I modify the resource content and do save again (as is explained in the guide). Also I see that the jUnit tests about this functionality is commented, so can you tell me please in what state is this at the moment?
