Feature Request: Add Payment Method and Time of Transaction

Please provide a way to add payment mechanism like credit card, cash, venmo, etc.

Also add transaction time to the transactions

Hi, further more it would be very helpful if certain payment methods like "credit card 1", "credit card 2" etc. could be predefined in settings or Categories section.
