I suspect there's some flaws in the logic of picking scenes when there's multiple with same name. At least StreamDeck's latest version with the latest plugin for OBS v28 bugs out here. Works v27.
There appears to be no way to make them appear. I tried moving them into a group, which just makes StreamDeck see [Face 1] & [Face 2] inside the group with the two Next Up that it can see. So it knows there's 4 sources in the group, but it gets the wrong ones because it cannot see the sources. They're missing.

You most definitely are pulling in things based on Scene/Source name instead of ID, because if you edit the name of one of your sources - Stream Deck breaks and you have to go in and re-select the source, even though it still exists and is the exact same source from before.
