old logfiles are not being cleaned up

https://github.com/element-hq/element-x-android-rageshakes/issues/2619 contains a total of 1103 logfiles, many of which are quite old.

I gather that the intention is to delete logfiles after a week, but that has not happened in this case.

The filenames of the old logs fall into two groups:

• old-style logs-NNNN.log.gz
• new-style: logs.YYYY-MM-DD-HH.log.gz. Obviously there should be a few of these, but the older ones are over a month old
