📝 Summary

When an alert is triggered, during the first couple of minutes, there is no alert annotation on the charts as below:

My guess is that the time range does not include the time that the alert was started. We need to check why this happens and how to solve the issue to make sure if a user checks the alert details page right after the alert was triggered, we show the alert annotation on the chart.
