Wordpress custom permalink base in post name not working

I have use de .htaccess of the documentation, but when I set the permalink option of wordpress to be based in post name, I gel always a 404 error.

Indeed, the given .htaccess is for the default WordPress URL rewrite.

If you want to use a customized permalink rewrite, you should let WordPress generate the .htaccess file and pick the rule to mix it with the bundle one.
