It fails to start on Manjaro, Authentication Rejected, Segmentation fault #1

Hello, here is the description of the issue.

kernel 5.8.16-2-MANJARO (latest Manjaro, XFCE)

$ eiskaltdcpp
    Qt: Session management error: Authentication Rejected, reason : None of the authentication protocols specified are supported and host-based authentication failed
    Installing handler for: Segmentation fault
    Installing handler for: Aborted
    Installing handler for: Bus error
    Installing handler for: Terminated
    Signal handlers installed.
    Loading: Hash database
    Loading: Shared Files
    Loading: Download Queue
    Loading: Users
    UserList icons has been loaded
    Application icons has been loaded
    Fontconfig warning: FcPattern object weight does not accept value [40 210)
    Catching signal : Segmentation fault

You may try official AppImage until this bug in snap package is fixed.

Thanks, i have downloaded that appimage and installed launcher "sudo pacman -S appimagelauncher". Then doubleclicking launched the app and added shortcut to start menu. Config dir. seems to be /home/user/.config/eiskaltdc++

As for:

I was unable to find any in official or AUR repo :-/ (eiskaltdcpp-gtk/qt is in AUR 1 but building failed)

Last stable release (2.2.9) was in 2013 and last git tag (2.2.10) was in 2015... A lot of libraries have been changed since that time and a lot of changes were in EiskaltDC++ project. So it is recommended to use eiskaltdcpp-qt-git pkgbuild until new "stable" release is out.
