We should add that for versions <= Olive, we need a version <11.7.0 of eox-tenant because we removed the users_l_v1 backend (and Olive uses that backend), so it is not true we can use >= 8.0. We need an upper bound.

Solution

Add upper bound <11.7.0 to Olive and below releases.
