Description:
1 Integrated revisions to the designations, locations and organizations ontologies from the OMG Commons Ballot #3, Commons 1.2 RTF process
2. Revised ontologies including registration authorities, regulatory agencies and structured collections per OMG Commons Ballot #4, as well as minor updates to other ontologies
3. Replaced certain concepts from LCC related to locations with their equivalents in the revised Commons locations ontology
4. Replaced concepts that were originally in either products and services or registration authorities with their equivalents in the revised organizations ontology
