It should be fairly straight forward to port all of the lib code to run as a vscode plugin. This work will probably involve:

Extract all atom dependent code out of the lib folder
Extract the lib code out to a 'fancy-react-core' package
Convert this package to just an atom plugin wrapper
Create an equivalent plugin wrapper for vscode
