Make searching of devices and locations possible.
First, without AJAX, afterwards one could use ajax sprinkles (with Stimulus / StimulusReflex?).
There are some search-gems around (e.g. Ransack?), but a by-hand-approach might be fine, as we do not have crazy complex models. Example e.g. at https://github.com/ecovillage/neseri/blob/a5fb73c8d3f6c017989b3f2c9ca8b30781a86cbb/app/controllers/admin/seminars/search_controller.rb .
